On behalf of the IETS, we would like to extend a warm invitation and welcome to all IETS members to join us for the 48th Annual Conference of the IETS, January 10-13, 2022, in Savannah, Georgia, USA.
The program theme, "Adaptation of early life to prepare for healthy future," will be presented by excellent and inspiring speakers and will cover the following topics:
- The optimal environment for gametes and the proper environment
- Maternal conditions affecting future performance in practice
- Methods to mimic the in vivo environment in vitro
- Modifications to the epigenome for healthy offspring via
- How to recognize a vital gamete and embryo
There will be a Practitioners’ Forum, as well as a parallel session from the Domestic Animal Biomedical Embryology (DABE) Committee. Also, this year, we will have two preconference symposiums: one from the Companion Animals, Non-Domestic and Endangered Species (CANDES), and the other preconference will be The Life and Travels of the IVF Embryo: From Donor to Recipient. The focus of the preconference will be on the practitioner. Both will take place on Monday, January 10. The opening reception will be held on Tuesday evening.
Start date for the preconference is on Monday, January 10, with the main meeting starting on Tuesday, January 11, and ending on Thursday, January 13. All meeting events will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah Hotel.
We welcome you all to send in your valuable scientific contributions for the IETS 2022 meeting. The abstract system is open for submissions for the program.
The deadline to submit abstracts is Thursday, July 15, at 11:59 pm, US CDT.
Selection for oral presentations will be based on scientific merit, and priority will be given to abstracts that relate to the main session topics. We sincerely hope that you will all be able to join us in the gorgeous coastal Georgia city, Savannah, to participate in and enjoy this educational, exciting, and social IETS conference in 2022!
